HISTORY

1991

The foundations for the present-day JNM Manufacturing Inc. were first laid in a small warehouse outside of Essex, Ontario, where the original owners handled simple tool and die repair jobs. Soon, the operation transitioned into more complex work as they provided customers with innovative solutions involving pre-existing stamping dies.

While the owners combined their own unique methods with a results-based approach, their drive to create a lasting legacy in the manufacturing industry helped the company grow over time.

Long shot of manufacturing facility

The initial operation quickly outgrew its original facility and relocated to the heart of Canada’s manufacturing industry in Oldcastle, Ontario. In the building JNM still occupies to this day, a loyal team of employees began to design and build stamping dies using cutting-edge technology to enhance both product quality and customer satisfaction.

From there, the company met changing industry demands and installed a full line of CNC equipment to tackle geometric design and three-dimensional contouring.

The facility expanded throughout Oldcastle, and with this addition JNM Manufacturing Inc. now enjoys the advantage of a full-service design, build, and production enterprise.

The Oldcastle facility grew to over 70,000 square-feet, housing 11 stamping presses, robot and linear transfers, servo feed lines, and progression tools in its arsenal.

2010

The company expanded operations to Arteaga, Mexico with the addition of a 68,000 square-foot stamping facility– the first instalment of JNM de Mexico.

JNM de Mexico brought state-of-the-art machinery to the region, and helped customers access 25 stamping machines with robotic, progressive, and linear transfer lines up to 2,500-tons.

JNM San Luis Potosi was built– an accompanying Mexican facility located in one of the largest industrial parks in all of North America.

Together with the Arteaga location, this second location in Mexico solidified the company’s presence in the international landscape of the industry and officially established JNM de Mexico as we know it today.
